Later today I start at my new college. I've moved an hour away from home and am all unpacked... Though I have one complaint. My computer. I have discovered that the DVD-CD ROM drive doesn't work and the only solution I have found requires the internet. I discovered the problem with the drive when I was attempting to install a driver for wireless internet.... so I have no internet on that computer, thus an endless circle.

Hopefully that isn't a clue to how the rest of the day will go...

So they just announced the recipients of this huge local scholarship and my name was on the list!!!!!!!
SO HAPPY!!!!!!
I was so nervous and almost convinced myself I wouldn't get since I hadn't got a single one that I applied to that was announced at graduation and I couldn't find a reason why they would pick me over the other people who applied. I'm not the smartest or the most talented or popular and I cringe when I think about what I wrote as part of my "Tell us why you should receive this scholarship" section because it was soooo bad... I'm not good writing on paper as I am the computer where I can go back and change it without much problem.

It's been so long since I last wrote a journal. A full school year. Now here I am halfway through my last exam week of my high school career.
It almost doesn't feel real yet. By the end of next week I'll be graduated and heading out to the big world. It's terrifying, saddening, joyous, and confusing all at the same time.

Now today I have a Advanced Math exam.... whooo.....
Tomorrow I have Framing and Sheathing
And the grand finale is Chemistry! OTL I'mma gonna die....

Today is my last first day of High School....
Yup I'm starting grade 12...
Someone please turn back the clock for me...please?
